Foreman Sales & Service is looking for a School Bus and Motorcoach Dispatcher to work in our Miller, SD office. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating transportation operations, including scheduling drivers and vehicles, monitoring routes, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring safe, timely and efficient transportation services. This position supports both school transportation and charter/motorcoach operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Schedule drivers for school buses and motorcoaches based on operational needs
• Provide trip itinerary and schedule confirmations
• Frequent interaction with drivers, staff, customers and school personnel
• Communicate updates or changes to drivers
• Provide quote and support trip planning for charters, athletic events, field trips, tours, etc.
• Monitor driver hours and compliance with safety regulations
• Assist with trip billing documentation

Requirements and skills:

• Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, and customer service experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software preferred
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly, organized, dependable, and enjoy working with both drivers and customers

Benefits:

• Full-time position, Monday - Friday
• Wage range is $20 - $30 per hour DOE
